We had no heat at 2:00 am and my wife had just had surgery and it was cold I had called 4 different heating companies and no one could help me until the next day however when I called Steve at Polar bear he was so nice he came right out that was the good news the not so good news is that it was time to replace my old wore out furnace then came other good news he still got me heat with a new furnace in just a few short hours. My husband just got home from having surgery when our heat went out at 11pm on a weekend. I called several heating businesses with no response. Steve answered and was out by 12:20. He took pictures of the issues for my husband since he was unable to get downstairs. We decided to replace our 20 year old furnace and A/C and had temporary heat by the next day, as promised. Because of the unexpected repair we were unable to get other estimates but so far we are happy with the work. The installers were very professional and informative. Everything was complete and cleaned up by Thursday. Great response, great work. Steve also travels with his very loyal dog who patiently waited outside for his master.

Steve is the only one who answered my call on a weekend when my air conditioner stopped working right before the week of the Michigan heatwave! He was prompt, courteous and quickly diagnosed that my unit was old as dirt and needed to be replaced. He was reasonably priced and all my questions were answered regarding my new unit that would be installed. His installers were TOP NOTCH! They installed a 40 ton Goodman unit and answered all my questions. My air is working great and Steve and his installers made the whole process painless!
